Front Desk Receptionist for Lollipop Nail Studio 

I worked as the Front Desk Receptionist at Lollipop Nail Studio in Orange, CA in the Fall of 2020. I was in charge of greeting and welcoming all guests in person and over the phone as well as handling all incoming calls while scheduling customers for appointments. I also checked out customers and ensured complete satisfaction. Other tasks included making sure the studio is constantly clean and in top shape, and organizing and prepping products for our technicians.
