In the summer of 2021, I was the Social Media Manager for Baja Surfing Tacos, a taco truck in Southern California. I managed all social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Yelp. Being a brand new company, Baja Surfing Taco did not have any prior social media. Working from the ground up, I was able to attain 500 followers on Instagram by targeting the desired audience and following social media trends.
